Hey y'all, I'm Stefanie and I'm so happy you're here.

My passion for women’s health started at an early age, in the form of studying about pregnancy and childbirth. Nerd alert, I know. This passion is what led me to specialize in urogynecology after receiving my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2014. Following graduation, I immersed myself in all things women’s health. I took as many classes as I could get my hands on. And honestly, not much has changed. I still can't get enough and continue to be an eternal seeker of information and knowledge. After assisting with the birth of my nephew, I was propelled to become a certified Doula. The experience was intense, and I felt an overwhelming sense of empowerment and gratitude. I knew from that moment that this was my calling. It is my dream come true to be able to follow my passion in serving women during such a monumental moment in their lives. Through my work as a women’s health physical therapist and visceral manipulation practitioner, I have a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology that helps me tremendously, both in my treatment room and in the delivery room. I have spent years treating postpartum conditions and have found that far too often women are not getting the care that they need in the 4th trimester. It is my mission to bridge this gap through providing education and postpartum intervention alongside my work as a Doula. My career has become the total sweet spot, where passion meets expertise.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with a coffee in my hand and my nose in a book, outside in nature obsessing over plants, fresh air, and the moon, moving my body, exploring other parts of the world, and loving on my nephew.
